About the role
Flowmingo is looking for a Human Resources Executive who will go beyond traditional recruiting and help build a scalable hiring system. In this position, you will act like a product owner for the candidate experience, using the company’s AI-driven hiring platform to identify exceptional talent with strong systems thinking and a high level of initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process for a wide range of positions, including roles in engineering and growth, while using the company’s AI-powered workflow for screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
- Create and improve recruitment processes, ATS connections, and assessment structures so hiring remains fast, consistent, and high quality.
- Work closely with founders and department heads to understand staffing needs, write clear and effective job descriptions, and define strong evaluation criteria for candidates.
- Help maintain a positive, high-performing workplace and support performance appraisal systems that encourage employee growth.
- Represent Flowmingo’s employer brand and communicate the company’s mission to make hiring more accessible to a global audience.

- You are comfortable using data thoughtfully, spotting hiring funnel issues, and addressing bottlenecks before they grow into larger problems.
