Requirements
The employer is seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably 6–12 months of experience in a production setting, and the ability to perform physical work that may include lifting more than 20 pounds. Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities, and should work well in a team while remaining open to process improvements. Strong Microsoft Office skills, 35 WPM typing speed, 135 KSPM 10-key proficiency, solid prioritization abilities, high accuracy under pressure, and effective reading, writing, and speaking skills are also required.
