Role Overview

The Project Coordinator is responsible for helping projects move from planning through execution and final delivery. This position coordinates work across functions, runs project meetings, and helps keep internal teams and customer stakeholders aligned at every stage. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress against schedules and dependencies to help ensure milestones are completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate project records such as agendas, meeting notes, action items, risk registers, and status updates.
  • Evaluate project risks, raise concerns early, and share mitigation plans and progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Act as the main contact for project questions, helping resolve issues and keeping communication flowing throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional groups to distribute updates, support training efforts, and keep everyone aligned on project objectives.
  • Plan and lead both client-facing and internal meetings, including setting agendas, steering discussions, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Present timelines, risks, milestones, and overall project status in a clear, structured, and professional way.
  • Help ensure accountability by consistently following up on deliverables, dependencies, and assigned action items.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base pay aligned to experience and candidate qualifications: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
