About the role
This role offers the chance to produce high-quality creative work for a global brand. As an Intermediate Creative, you will help develop and deliver campaigns across digital, print, social, event collateral, and related assets. You will be part of the Brand and Creative team, contributing ideas that challenge expectations within the security sector and strengthen a brand with international reach.
What you will do
- Bring fresh, original ideas to briefs and use creative thinking to address problems.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops, adding and refining ideas with the team.
- Create polished campaign materials, advertisements, promotions, event assets, and activation content.
- Apply strong design principles such as layout, typography, colour use, and visual structure.
- Confidently communicate and present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Ensure Gallagher Security’s brand identity remains consistent and continues to evolve across channels.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, the creative team, and global stakeholders on integrated campaigns.
- Develop productive relationships with colleagues and external partners across the business.
About you
You are someone who enjoys solving problems creatively, takes pride in the quality of your work, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You are open to new thinking and motivated by the opportunity to continually improve the standard of creative output.
What you will bring
- At least 3 years of experience in a creative position, either in an agency or in-house environment.
- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in design, advertising, marketing, or a similar field.
- Strong graphic design skills, creative ability, and confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience delivering work across multiple channels and campaign types.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong executional standards.
- Confidence when presenting ideas and explaining creative choices.
- Ability to organise priorities and meet deadlines in a busy, fast-moving setting.
- Experience in copywriting, videography, or photography would be an advantage, though it is not required.
Portfolio requirement
Applicants need to include a portfolio featuring their best 5 pieces of creative work. The portfolio can be shared in any format, and supporting commentary is welcome if you would like to include it.
