About the Role

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s technology environment and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations. This includes maintaining core IT systems, supporting staff, protecting data, and driving improvements across infrastructure and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel’s technology setup, including networks, servers, computers, and software platforms.
• Keep essential hotel applications such as PMS, POS, and other business tools running effectively.
• Direct IT support operations and ensure technical issues are resolved promptly.
• Safeguard cybersecurity, data protection, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Plan and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, external service partners, and technology contracts.
• Track IT assets and manage hardware and software purchasing needs.
• Ensure all IT activities follow company policies and security requirements.
• Guide and train employees on system usage and good IT practices.

Experience and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of IT experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Solid working knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity, and technical support.
• Prior exposure to hotel systems such as PMS and POS is an advantage.
• Ability to oversee IT projects, vendors, and budgets.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and communication abilities.
• Leadership capability to manage and support a team.
• Professional fluency in both English and Arabic.
