IT Support Analyst

Role overview

What you’ll do

You will handle incoming support requests through help desk tickets, email, and chat. Your work will include identifying issues with hardware and software, walking users through fixes, supporting desktop computers and peripherals, and assisting with approved software installation and updates. You will also help users with account access, basic network connectivity, and routine IT tools.

Documentation and escalation

A key part of the job is keeping clear incident records, noting the steps taken to resolve each issue, and escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team when needed. You may also contribute to internal user guides and FAQs so that common questions can be answered more easily in the future.

Skills and qualifications

The position calls for practical technical support ability, especially in help desk environments. You should also be able to collaborate with teammates and follow established procedures and security practices.
