About the Role
This 12-month IT support opportunity is based at Thomson Road, Singapore and offers a monthly salary of up to SGD 3,340. The position suits a proactive, detail-focused individual who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and helping keep essential systems running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for system users by recording, monitoring, escalating, and resolving support tickets.
- Work with users to understand issues clearly and involve subject matter experts when the problem requires deeper technical input.
- Coordinate with system vendors to handle and follow up on data-related requests.
- Check and investigate mismatches or inconsistencies in reports flagged by internal teams and external agencies.
- Assist with operational work linked to payment processes and data interface tasks.
- Help prepare and organize materials for change management activities.
- Keep support logs, records, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Take on other administrative and operational duties as needed.
Requirements
- A degree in any field is required.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to organize and manage large amounts of information.
- Solid analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication and people skills, with a strong service mindset.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Able to work independently while also coordinating well with stakeholders and vendors.
