Junior Executive

Role overview

We are looking for a Junior Executive to support cash-in-transit operations in the Greater Ahmedabad area. The position focuses on safe route execution, policy compliance, customer coordination, and accurate handling of cash-related processes.

Principal accountabilities

• Follow governance requirements, including SOX, health and safety rules, and company policies.
• Take ownership of liabilities connected to the role and operations.
• Manage route operations with attention to safety and compliance.
• Ensure route safety and remain accountable for related liabilities.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and banks.
• Adhere to SWI and SOP guidelines for CIT operations.
• Report accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management immediately in real time.
• Check that all safety equipment, including panic buttons, cameras, and interlocks, is functioning properly and kept in good condition.

Knowledge and experience

• Experience in cash counting and cash verification.
• Working knowledge of SWI and SOP procedures.
• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
• Capability to maintain strong rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with routes and customer locations.

Competencies

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to verify counterfeit notes.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
