Role overview

This is a junior personal assistant position supporting both founders of a fast-growing e-commerce agency. Rather than backing just one calendar, the role places you alongside the leadership team as they build and scale the business.

The environment is dynamic and varied, with no two weeks likely to look the same. The position is designed for someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, keeping things organised, and helping the founders stay focused on delivery and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client reports and concise performance summaries.
• Build prospecting lists and draft briefs for new leads.
• Write and refine emails, LinkedIn copy, and marketing content.
• Check client-facing work for quality before it is shared externally.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain HubSpot and other internal systems so they remain accurate and efficient.
• Handle any additional tasks needed to support the founders and wider team.

What the role calls for

The ideal person is highly organised, proactive, and able to notice what needs doing without being prompted. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities at once and be confident switching between different types of written communication, from reports to emails to social posts.

Pay and progression

The package includes a £28,000 base salary plus a 15% performance bonus. The business is growing quickly, and the role is intended to develop alongside that growth, offering genuine progression rather than a fixed endpoint.
