Role Overview
Evergreen Care is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for its Castlebridge location in Ballyboggan Lower, Wexford. This full-time onsite role is a great opportunity to build a career within one of Ireland’s established private nursing home providers.
What the Role Involves
The Kitchen Assistant will support day-to-day catering operations in a care-home setting, helping maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised kitchen environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and infection prevention is essential, as these are key priorities for the home.
Experience and Training
Previous experience in a similar position is helpful, and familiarity with HACCP is an advantage, though neither is required. Full training will be provided. The ideal person will be organised, able to use their initiative, and comfortable working independently when needed.
