Laundry Team Leader

Hyatt Place Al Ula is hiring for a Laundry Team Leader to oversee laundry activities and help keep operations running smoothly.

Role Overview

In this position, you will lead the day-to-day laundry workflow, make sure service standards stay high, and support an efficient, clean, and well-organized operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry work and guide the team throughout the shift.
• Allocate duties and organize staff schedules to meet operational needs.
• Handle linens, guest laundry, and uniforms with proper care.
• Check the quality of washing, pressing/ironing, and delivery outcomes.
• Keep laundry machines and related equipment in good working condition and flag repair needs when necessary.
• Follow hygiene rules and workplace safety requirements at all times.

Qualifications

• Prior background in laundry operations, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Working knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment.
• Capability to handle a busy, fast-moving workload.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Careful eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Good command of English for communication.
