Overview
Neighbourly North is hiring a light duty cleaner for work at its Whitehorse, Yukon Territory location. This role is based at the worksite and cannot be done from home.
Language
English is required for this position.
Education
A secondary school graduation certificate is needed.
Experience
Candidates should have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Work Arrangement
This is an on-site job. All duties must be carried out at the physical location, with no remote work option.
Responsibilities
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
- Sanitize operating rooms and other assigned spaces.
- Collect waste, remove debris, and empty garbage bins.
- Handle routine light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
- Clean windows, walls, and ceilings.
- Use hand tools and powered equipment as needed.
- Adhere to emergency response steps and workplace safety rules.
