Position Overview
This role is for a meticulous and well-organized administrator to oversee a major member learning benefit. As the main point of contact, you will help ensure smooth access for members and internal staff to professional development resources, while connecting the work of Education, Career Development, and Membership teams to support engagement and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee license activity by tracking activations and carrying out deactivations according to established business rules.
- Serve as the first contact for the LinkedIn Learning shared inbox and respond promptly and professionally to questions from members and staff.
- Arrange internal team meetings and join routine meetings with LinkedIn corporate representatives to remain aligned on product updates and strategy.
- Keep a central repository of important LinkedIn Learning documents up to date and well organized.
- Prepare and send recurring reports to stakeholders covering activation patterns, usage data, and member participation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a background in program administration, member support, or learning management systems. A bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for regular interaction with members and cross-functional teams. The role also calls for a high level of accuracy when handling license workflows and reporting, along with comfort using shared inboxes, digital filing systems, and basic data reporting tools.
Additional Information
This is a 100% remote, part-time contract assignment lasting 10 months. The schedule is 20 hours per week, with flexible hours within first-shift business hours. The pay range is $26.00 to $31.00 per hour.
