Role overview
An integrated agency in Auckland is seeking an experienced Mac Operator to keep creative production moving smoothly and accurately. This permanent position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced studio and enjoys balancing hands-on production work with workflow coordination.
What you'll be doing
You will provide everyday Mac Operator support to a busy creative team, making sure artwork is prepared correctly, amendments are handled carefully, and final files are delivered to production standards and on schedule. In addition to production tasks, you will help coordinate studio traffic by working closely with Designers and Creatives, assisting with scheduling, prioritising work and keeping multiple projects progressing efficiently.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of Mac Operator experience and is familiar with the pace, pressure and expectations of agency work. You should be highly organised, proactive, detail-focused and comfortable managing several deadlines at once. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and digital design are required, along with prior experience in an advertising, design or creative agency environment.
