Role Overview
La vanille Madagascar is seeking a Maintenance Manager to take charge of maintenance activities and help keep the facility operating smoothly. This is a mid-level to senior leadership position suited to someone who can balance hands-on technical oversight with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day maintenance function and support overall site performance.
- Plan and run preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives.
- Track equipment reliability, machine downtime, and repair planning.
- Guide maintenance staff and coordinate their work effectively.
- Work with external vendors and contractors as needed.
- Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and operational control.
What We’re Looking For
