About the Role
This full-time maintenance position with McDonald’s is based in Mount Airy, MD and is designed for someone who enjoys a fast-moving restaurant environment. The role plays an important part in keeping the location clean, safe, well-stocked, and ready to serve guests and crew members.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay starts at $18.25 per hour and can go up to $20.74 per hour, with cash incentives available

Key Duties
In this position, you will help maintain the restaurant experience by supporting the condition of both guest-facing and employee-only spaces. You will also help receive deliveries, restock supplies, complete regular upkeep, and support food-safety standards across the building and equipment.
- Keep customer- and employee-accessible areas clean, orderly, and well maintained
- Unload incoming shipments and assist with replenishing stock and supplies
- Carry out routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and building systems
- Help ensure storage and maintenance practices meet food safety expectations
