Role overview
Noon is developing a broad digital ecosystem designed to support everyday needs across the Middle East with speed, scale, and a strong customer focus. The company’s goal is to deliver to every door every day, and this role is central to accelerating that mission. Noon Minutes, the company’s hyper-local delivery service, offers a localized selection of FMCG and grocery items with 15-minute delivery, currently operating in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
What this role involves
- Keep the EV fleet performing reliably each day by managing availability, uptime, and utilization across all delivery hubs and darkstores.
- Track vehicle condition, range performance, and other operating metrics, and create systems for EV deployment, rider allocation, and fleet rotation.
- Plan and manage charging setup capacity, maintenance, and timing so it aligns with rider schedules and operational demand while reducing idle time and power costs.
- Work closely with facilities teams and outside vendors to deliver infrastructure improvements and maintain dependable charging operations.
- Handle partnerships with EV makers, battery suppliers, charging providers, and leasing partners, ensuring service commitments are met for availability, maintenance, and warranty support.
- Support purchasing activity and commercial negotiations to enable fleet growth and improve cost efficiency.
- Set up preventive maintenance routines, review repair turnaround times and maintenance spend, and coordinate with service partners to resolve issues quickly and reduce downtime.
- Assist leadership with scaling the EV fleet and assessing new technologies to shape a long-term plan for sustainable last-mile mobility.
What the company is looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Five to seven years of experience in logistics, consulting, engineering, or delivery operations, ideally within e-commerce, food delivery, or last-mile logistics.

- A data-led approach with the ability to assess operational performance.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid analytical ability and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clear communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle uncertain and rapidly changing situations with confidence.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
What success looks like
- People who maintain very high standards and recognize the value of sustained effort.
- Professionals who are resourceful, decisive, and strongly action-oriented.
- Those who bring original thinking and the confidence to do things differently.
- Individuals who can adapt quickly, pivot when needed, and keep learning.
