Role Overview

In this position, you will own end-to-end recruiting for Marketing and Sales openings across the Americas. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment, helping shape hiring plans, source strong candidates, and fill critical roles on time. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on recruiting, and it offers exposure across multiple regions while directly supporting business performance through effective talent acquisition.

What You Will Do

  • Run the complete recruitment process for Marketing and Sales positions in assigned regions, from intake discussions through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer handling.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing approaches that support business goals.

What We Are Looking For
