Marketing Operations Manager

Overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a marketing domain specialist who can contribute around 10 to 40 hours per week. The work centers on enterprise marketing operations and the creation of realistic AI training examples that mirror day-to-day marketing and business productivity tasks. Compensation is set at $10 to $40 per hour.

What you will do

• Use hands-on knowledge of enterprise marketing to build realistic AI training material around marketing workflows and business productivity situations.
• Create polished marketing deliverables such as campaign plans, stakeholder updates, reports, presentations, and project documents that follow professional standards.
• Study fictional business contexts and craft realistic user prompts along with strong model responses that fit practical workplace challenges.
• Develop useful follow-up suggestions and evaluate the quality of AI-generated answers and recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional partners to keep scenarios accurate, relevant, and effective.
• Use structured thinking and analytical judgment to improve the quality of AI training data.

What we are looking for

• Proven background in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy in a professional setting.
• Strong analytical ability to review marketing content for clarity, correctness, and business impact.
• Prior exposure to prompt engineering or drafting prompts that reflect real business situations.
• Good command of Microsoft 365 tools, especially document creation and project coordination applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to detail.
