Riyadh Air (RX), based in Saudi Arabia’s capital, is a new national carrier aiming to redefine air travel. The airline is working to position the Kingdom as a major global center for aviation and trade, with a digitally native model designed to connect Saudi Arabia with more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

This position focuses on protecting the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across key business processes. The role supports end-to-end operations across Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, and Inventory.

You will be responsible for creating, updating, and checking essential data records so that information remains accurate, dependable, and compliant across systems and workflows. The role involves applying validation controls, reducing duplicate entries, handling approval workflows, and keeping datasets standardized and clean.

You will work with teams across Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, and IT to resolve data-related issues, keep processes running smoothly, and ensure systems remain aligned. You will also support data quality reviews, problem resolution, and continuous improvement efforts so that master data contributes to efficient operations and dependable reporting.

In addition, you will assist with transformation initiatives by supporting data migration, harmonization, and readiness work for ERP implementations and system enhancements. Maintaining audit records, supporting compliance obligations, and following data governance standards will also be part of the role.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is degree qualified and brings at least 3 years of experience in master data management or a similar data operations function. A solid understanding of end-to-end business processes such as STP, OTC, RTR, HTR, or Inventory is required.

You should have experience supporting digital transformation projects, process mapping activities, and initiatives aimed at improving data quality. Practical knowledge of Oracle finance systems, along with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, is expected.

Experience with AI-based tools, automation platforms, or work within the aviation sector will be viewed as an added advantage.
