Role Overview
This position focuses on keeping SAP master data accurate, consistent, and aligned with service-level expectations and business needs. The role also involves improving master data processes, carrying out updates, and supporting users through training to help them use SAP effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and revise SAP master data based on requests from approved data owners and providers.
- Assess current master data processes and standards, then refine them to improve accuracy, consistency, and overall data quality.
- Spot opportunities to improve master data management and put changes in place that add value and strengthen system performance.
- Partner with end users and data providers to collect, manage, and optimize master data for the assigned business objects.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and business initiatives to support smooth operations and stronger overall business results.
- Follow SAP change control procedures and ensure all master data updates remain tightly governed to avoid unauthorized modifications.
Requirements
- A diploma in a relevant discipline is required.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is needed.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
