Retail Supervisor
The Retail Supervisor will take charge of day-to-day store operations.
Cost Clerk
The Cost Clerk will focus on reviewing and analysing business costs, including wages, materials, overheads, and other operating expenses.
Retail Supervisor requirements
- A Certificate III in Retail is preferred, though not mandatory
- Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a retail grocery environment
- Working knowledge of purchasing, product ranging, and department merchandising to support sales growth
- Understanding of wages, gross profit, and waste management
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to supervise, coach, and lead team members
- Ability to work within budgets, standards, and operating processes
- Intermediate computer skills
Cost Clerk requirements
- At least an AQF Certificate II or III
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a higher accounting-related qualification is preferred
- Two years of recent experience in the retail sector in a similar or closely related role
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to organise work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
