Network Deployment Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Deployment Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role requires a strong background in core networking technologies and related data communication disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and documenting network solutions, including proof of concepts (POCs), assessments, and detailed evaluation reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage network infrastructure according to project requirements.
• Develop and document proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate new technologies and solutions.
• Conduct assessments and create detailed evaluation reports for network components and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network integration.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation.
• Clearly articulate technical concepts both verbally and in written reports.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering.
• Proven experience with core networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching principles and network topologies.
• In-depth knowledge of IP networking, including TCP/IP and packet analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to document technical processes and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical subjects effectively.
• Experience in data communications and related fields.

Additional Information

A Cisco Certification, such as CCNP or higher, is considered a significant advantage for this role.
