Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity in operational records and reports.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analysis, reporting, and visualization features.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of business operations, workflows, and performance measurement.
• Comfort working with large datasets while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Well-developed organizational and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or a similar discipline is preferred.
