Operations Manager

Role Overview

Elios EG is looking for an accomplished Operations Manager to support its team in the United Arab Emirates. This position is suited to a proactive professional who can improve day-to-day performance, guide teams, and keep business processes running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of routine business operations and make sure work is completed efficiently and productively.
• Create, roll out, and refine operating plans, policies, and standard procedures.
• Track operational results and identify opportunities to improve output and effectiveness.
• Handle budgets, resources, and operating expenses in a controlled and effective manner.
• Work closely with several departments to keep workflows aligned and business activities running smoothly.
• Supervise, coach, and support operational staff to strengthen team performance.
• Maintain adherence to company rules, sector standards, and all applicable regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Previous background in operations leadership or a comparable managerial position.
• Strong capability in leadership, organization, and making sound decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfort working across multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Prior exposure to process improvement and performance management will be an advantage.
