Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Learn the fundamentals of oil well service work, including drilling fluid handling and solids control activities.
• Support setup and breakdown of service equipment at the worksite.
• Operate or assist with equipment such as shale shakers, screen replacement tasks, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum or pressure washing systems.
• Take part in quality improvement efforts.
• Follow safety practices, build safety awareness, and help maintain environmental responsibility.
• Work in line with all applicable HSE procedures, regulations, and site guidelines.

What Is Required

The role calls for clear communication, basic arithmetic ability, and reading and writing skills sufficient to follow instructions and complete routine tasks. Familiarity with computers is helpful. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
