An established financial services business in Colchester is looking to bring in an experienced Paraplanner to support its advisory team. The client would ideally like someone who holds a diploma-level qualification and has several years of paraplanning experience, although they are open to the right candidate if the cultural fit is strong.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside financial advisers to build detailed financial plans for clients.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Paraplanner.
- A Level 4 qualification is required.
- A consistent employment history and evidence of commitment to previous roles are important.
