Pega SSA

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Pega SSA with deep hands-on experience across Pega Customer Service and Pega Customer Decisioning Hub. The role is focused on technical leadership, solution delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in enterprise environments.

Key Experience

The ideal candidate should bring more than 5 years of overall Pega experience, including at least 3 years working as a practicing SSA across multiple accounts. A Pega SSA certification is required. Experience with international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US for at least 1 year is also expected, along with exposure to DevOps and Agile ways of working.

Core Responsibilities

This position involves contributing to requirements, design, and construction phases to help ensure successful delivery. The role also requires active collaboration with other teams to resolve cross-functional issues and support enterprise implementation needs.

Technical Expertise

Candidates should have a strong understanding of Pega rule types, including UI, flows, flow actions, harnesses, integrations, agents, and activities. Working knowledge of Pega upgrades, application migration, and database migration is important. Familiarity with Pega Robotics, API standards, enterprise security protocols, and performance monitoring and improvement is a plus.

Debugging and Tools

Hands-on experience with debugging and diagnostic utilities such as Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI is expected. A solid grasp of rules management tools, including export/import utilities, skimming, and bulk processing tools, is also required.

Database Knowledge

Good practical knowledge of SQL with Oracle is needed for this role.

This is an onsite full-time role based in Andhra Pradesh, India.
