About the role
We are hiring an existing Performance Test Engineer - AI Trainer to support the improvement of AI systems. You will join a fast-growing coding community of more than 100,000 professionals, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineers, all contributing to practical AI development.
The work combines flexibility with technical depth. You will collaborate with advanced AI models on programming tasks such as creating and solving difficult coding challenges, developing polished applications with strong functionality, and drawing insights through data analysis and visualization. Your contributions will help refine intelligent systems so they can learn, adapt, and improve over time. Some contributors do this work alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus and choose projects and schedules based on their availability.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the selection step. If you clear it, you will receive confirmation by email and paid work will be made available through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and solve a wide variety of coding problems used for AI training, with a strong focus on Android development.
- Produce clean code examples and explain solutions clearly and thoroughly.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, speed, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
Qualifications
This opportunity is a contract role. Payment is processed through PayPal, and the platform does not request any fees from applicants. PayPal handles currency conversion from USD where applicable.
Additional information
The role is open only to candidates located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Applicants outside these countries will not have access to work or assessments on the platform at this time.
This is an independent contractor position.
Compensation
Work is paid on an hourly basis, starting from $50 to $100+ per hour, with higher rates possible for certain projects.
