Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a PMO / Project Administrator based in Singapore. The position is suited to someone with solid coordination abilities, strong attention to detail, and practical experience handling asset, billing, and contract-related administration.
Experience
The role is intended for candidates with around 1 to 2 years of experience, while the requirements also mention at least 2 years of relevant work background, ideally gained in a financial institution.
Core Responsibilities
- Keep the network asset register current in the CMDB system and related network database.
- Monitor the full lifecycle of network assets from assignment through disposal.
- Support the disposal process for network assets and assist with annual fixed asset checks.
- Review telco invoices for accuracy and help ensure payments are processed on time.
- Spot invoice mismatches and work with vendors to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare monthly cost information for reporting purposes.
- Track newly added, upgraded, and terminated network data lines.
- Watch contract end dates and coordinate renewals, terminations, or upgrades with engineers and service providers.
- Maintain proper records for all network data-line changes to support audit needs and cost control.
- Use Microsoft Excel to enter, sort, analyze, and report data related to asset tracking, contract renewals, network lines, and telco billing.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, and formulas.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.
- Clear written communication and strong documentation skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with telco contract tracking, vendor coordination, and data management will be considered an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Asset Management, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a finance institution.
