About the role

GHOST is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support its Las Vegas team. The company is building a disruptive sports nutrition brand centered on transparent, innovative products, engaging content, worldwide distribution, influencer partnerships, and collaborations with leading flavor brands. This hire will help improve processes, contribute fresh ideas, and support the movement behind the brand.

This position is centered on beverage inventory management, tracking materials from supplier dispatch through arrival at co-packers, third-party warehouses, or GHOST facilities.

Location note: Applications are being considered only from candidates who are currently based in the Las Vegas area.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and send purchase orders to suppliers within the beverage network, and track raw materials throughout their lifecycle.
  • Review purchase orders carefully so the right materials and quantities are ordered to support production needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and carriers to verify readiness of materials and ensure deliveries stay aligned with production timelines.
  • Keep material tracking records current with accurate shipment status, delivery timing, and availability across locations.
  • Watch lead times, supplier performance, and shipment delays to identify issues that could affect production continuity.
  • Partner with suppliers, co-packers, and the inventory team to manage monthly cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Investigate and correct mismatches between system inventory and physical stock alongside warehouse and co-packer teams.
  • Work with suppliers to manage production schedules and adjust quickly when customer demand changes.
  • Receive and set up inventory from co-manufacturers in NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners to resolve system-versus-physical inventory discrepancies.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in raw materials procurement, inventory management, inventory control, or production planning.
  • Strong ERP experience, with NetSuite preferred.
  • Comfort using Excel and working with data, numbers, spreadsheets, and multiple systems.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow direction effectively.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid time off, including a generous leave program and parental leave.
  • Life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a company match.
  • Health and dependent care savings accounts.
  • Commuter benefits.
  • Tuition reimbursement support.
  • Supplemental life insurance and related insurance options.
  • Additional company perks.

Culture

GHOST places a strong emphasis on work ethic, passion, and culture fit when hiring. The team values people who bring energy, align with the brand mindset, and help shape the kind of company they themselves would want to work for.
