Role Overview

Supply Ontario is hiring two Procurement Consultants for a permanent full-time role based in Toronto. In this position, you will support enterprise-wide vendor of record arrangements across a wide range of goods and services, helping ministries and government partners meet their program delivery needs.

You will provide strategic procurement guidance, lead end-to-end procurement activities, and help ensure all work is carried out in line with applicable policies, trade agreements, and established best practices.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead analysis and provide guidance on supply and market matters, business practices, category management, and contract management.
  • Offer subject-matter expertise across specific categories, commodities, and services while anticipating future requirements.
  • Support senior team members with category work and procurement strategy development, including continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help plan, develop, and roll out procurement policies, procedures, standards, and operational guidelines.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of category management, purchasing, contracting policies, procedures, and agreements.

Additional Details
