Production Planner

Role overview

We are looking for a Production Planner to manage scheduling and coordination across production activities in Singapore. The role focuses on keeping output aligned with customer demand, inventory availability, and delivery timelines.

Compensation and working schedule

The salary range for this position is SGD 2,800 to SGD 4,500 per month. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Location

This role is based in Seletar, Punggol, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adjust production schedules based on customer orders and available inventory.
• Track production progress to help ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.
• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to keep operations aligned.
• Oversee materials, stock quantities, and work-in-progress levels.
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed about production updates and address issues that arise during the process.
• Support planning activities within the ERP system and assist with inventory management.
• Coordinate both incoming and outgoing shipments as needed.
• Handle planning-related administrative work and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• A diploma in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar discipline is required.
• Prior experience in production planning or a closely related role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a busy environment are important.
• The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own and meet demanding deadlines.
