About the Role
We are looking for an entry-level Program Coordinator in the United States to support a range of strategic programs and initiatives. This position is well-suited to someone interested in program management, project coordination, operations, stakeholder engagement, process enhancement, and working across teams.
The role focuses on helping plan, execute, track, and complete key programs successfully while partnering with program managers, business leaders, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of several programs and projects across different departments.
- Follow schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators for each program.
- Arrange meetings, build agendas, capture action items, and keep follow-up tasks on track.
- Update project plans, status summaries, dashboards, and other program records.
- Work with both internal teams and outside stakeholders to help programs run smoothly.
- Keep an eye on risks, open issues, dependencies, and any escalation needs.
- Help with budget tracking, resource planning, and day-to-day operational support.
- Create executive-level presentations, reports, and program briefings.
- Make sure work follows company standards, procedures, and governance rules.
Required Qualifications
- A master’s degree is required in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, Management, Operations Management, Public Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a closely related discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Coordination, Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar area.
- Strong skills in organization, analysis, and solving problems.
- Excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Comfort working with several priorities at once in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Skills
The role benefits from familiarity with program management, project coordination, stakeholder handling, scheduling, Excel, PowerPoint, Agile practices, risk tracking, documentation, and process improvement.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position with onsite, hybrid, and remote options available in the United States.
