Project-Based Internship

About the Program

This project-based internship is built to give interns meaningful responsibility from the very beginning. Instead of routine support work, you will contribute to live business projects that have a real effect on outcomes.

The program runs through two application cycles each year. Every intake is organized around project briefs from different functions. During the application, you will choose the area you want to work in, and the team will aim to align you with a suitable project.

What You’ll Work On

• Take full ownership of a clearly defined project within the function you select
• Work closely with experienced teams across the organization
• Share your findings and results with stakeholders at the end of the internship
• Bring forward ideas, question existing approaches, and add value through your work

Candidate Profile

The program is open to candidates who are currently enrolled in, or have recently finished, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field. The ideal applicant is inquisitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are important, along with the capability to work independently and handle your own deadlines. Previous internship exposure is helpful but not mandatory.
