Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position in Doha, Qatar. The selected professional will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering and interior fit-out assignments, making sure project scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves building project plans, tracking day-to-day progress, identifying and managing risks and issues, and coordinating across design, engineering, procurement, logistics, and site supervision functions. The Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients and other stakeholders, prepare progress and status updates, support approvals, inspections, and handovers, and ensure compliance with local regulations and permit requirements. The position also includes driving process improvements and reinforcing the company’s quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should bring solid project management capability, including planning, scheduling, risk control, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with expediting material, equipment, and document flow is important, along with the ability to manage inspections, quality checks, and commissioning support. Strong logistics coordination skills are needed to align supply chains, transport, and site deliveries with project milestones. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a similar discipline is required. Prior involvement in multidisciplinary building or interior fit-out projects, preferably in Qatar or the GCC, is highly relevant. Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are expected, with fluency in English; Arabic would be an added advantage. Candidates should be comfortable working on site, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent software is beneficial.
