About the Role

This position is focused on steering software delivery work for enterprise customers at Tier 1 and Tier 2 level across the DACH region, especially within Manufacturing and Retail. You will manage engagements from early planning to final delivery, working closely with cross-functional experts and fostering long-term client trust while helping generate strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee software development engagements from start to finish, with an emphasis on dependable delivery, quality, and measurable value.
  • Take responsibility for the project’s scope, schedule, budget, risks, and final results.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by setting clear expectations and keeping communication open throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.
  • Bring together architects, engineers, business analysts, QA teams, delivery leads, and other contributors to keep work aligned.
  • Track financial progress for the project, including forecasts, billing, profitability, and overall delivery status.
  • Strengthen delivery performance by spotting risks early, improving processes, and ensuring adherence to delivery standards.
  • Support pre-sales efforts, planning, estimation, and project documentation whenever needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in managing software development projects in an IT services or technology setting.
  • Good command of the Software Development Life Cycle and current software delivery methods.
  • Practical exposure to predictive, Agile, or blended project management models.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Understanding of project finance, delivery governance, and quality assurance practices.
