Overview
This role is for a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to support an M&E construction project in Singapore. The employer is a long-established construction company with more than 30 years of industry presence. The compensation offered is SGD 5,000 to SGD 6,500 in basic pay, along with AWS and strong bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery, including work scheduling, cost control, and material planning.
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings for consultant review and approval.
- Participate in technical discussions and project coordination meetings.
- Handle the preparation and submission of variation orders.
- Prepare and process submissions related to authority testing and commissioning for project equipment.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Engineering is required.
- Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience managing M&E construction projects.
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering is expected.
