About the Company
Brand Revolution is an international brand experience agency focused on B2B marketing, events, content, activations, and integrated campaigns. The team works with innovative brands to shape compelling stories through strategic thinking, creative delivery, and precise execution.
As the company’s portfolio and project load continue to expand, its Account Services function is being refined to better balance client leadership with operational rigor. To support that growth, the organization is hiring a Project Manager.
Role Overview
The Project Manager serves as the operational lead for client programs. Working with the Fabrication team and Account Managers, this person will keep projects moving on schedule, within budget, and at a consistently high quality standard. The role turns client and account direction into clear project plans, coordinates work across creative and production teams, and addresses issues early so they do not disrupt delivery.
This position will support multiple accounts where work is high-volume, complex, and split across several streams, requiring excellent organization, sharp attention to detail, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Tracking
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resourcing plans, and budgets.
- Monitor progress in ClickUp and other project management tools so the team has clear visibility.
- Identify potential risks early, raise scope or budget concerns, and escalate issues before they affect delivery.
Execution and Delivery
- Oversee the day-to-day details involved in custom and prototype builds, events, and activations.
- Coordinate workflow across creative, production, strategy, and vendor partners.
- Manage quality checks, version control, and the timely delivery of all assets.
Team and Client Support
- Work with Account Directors on larger and more complex programs.
- Support Account Managers on recurring and smaller-scale projects.
- Provide weekly status updates, dashboards, and clear reporting.
- Keep stakeholders aligned through meeting summaries, action items, and asynchronous updates.
Operational Excellence
- Help reduce unnecessary meetings by improving communication through ClickUp, status documents, and Google Chat.
- Maintain agency standards for project records, SOW reconciliation, and budget tracking.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and support greater efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing, advertising, or brand experience agency.
- Solid experience managing both B2B and B2C projects.
- Demonstrated success handling several projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working across different time zones and regions.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to stay steady under pressure.
