Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Purchase & Logistics Executive. The position is responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth movement of auto parts across the supply chain.

Key Duties

• Source genuine and aftermarket auto spare parts as needed.
• Collect quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
• Coordinate both inbound and outbound shipping activities.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up to ensure on-time delivery to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain precise inventory data and support stock control efforts.
• Work closely with suppliers and warehouse staff to keep operations running efficiently.
• Handle and resolve issues related to delivery delays or product quality.
• Assist sales and customer service teams with order updates and fulfillment support.
• Contribute to improvements in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain processes.

Required Profile

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities for dealing with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain work, including shipment coordination, inventory management, and order tracking.
• Working knowledge of sales processes to support quotations, pricing discussions, and order completion.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and comfort using ERP or inventory systems.
• Good numerical accuracy and data entry skills, with the ability to stay precise under deadlines.
• Experience in automotive parts trading, import/export, or a closely related field is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a diverse, fast-moving environment.
