Role Overview

This opportunity is with a school group founded in 2002, committed to delivering a high-standard education that equips students for academic success, personal growth, social development, and future study at leading universities worldwide. The organization operates six schools across Abu Dhabi, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah. All schools hold AdvancED accreditation, and three of them are authorized by the IB to deliver the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). Secondary campuses also provide College Board Advanced Placement courses depending on student demand.

School Context

The school is owned by the Ministry of Presidential Affairs.
It serves local students.
Classes cover Grades K-5.
The academic program is built around the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).

Contract Details

Contract length: 3 years.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
Compensation: Competitive tax-free package, determined by experience and credentials.
Flight allowance is included.
A furnished apartment is provided, with utilities covered up to AED 500 per month.
Leave benefits include winter break, summer holiday, and paid national holidays.
A work visa is provided.
Insurance coverage is included.

Candidate Profile

Prior IB PYP experience is mandatory.
Experience as a PYP Coordinator or in a school leadership role is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of teaching or school leadership experience is required.
Applicants must be able to provide references that confirm their experience.
A valid teaching license is preferred.
A master’s degree or higher in Education or a closely related field is required.
