Position summary
This opening is for a Recruiter working remotely on a contract basis.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $18 to $60 per hour.
Key responsibilities
You will own the recruitment process from start to finish, coordinate interviews, and help close offers. The role also involves building candidate pools, screening applicants, partnering with hiring teams, and keeping ATS records updated.
Recruiting workflow
The application flow is expected to take about 20 to 30 minutes and includes uploading a resume, completing an AI-driven interview built around your resume, and submitting the final form.
