Role overview

Google Customer Solutions’ Revenue Strategy and Operations team turns business data into actionable direction, keeps priorities aligned across functions, and supports strategic partnerships and new initiatives. In this role, you will connect global program direction with APAC sales execution, with a special focus on specialist programs such as Export and Google Marketing Platform (GMP). You will partner with global program teams and regional leaders to shape, roll out, and embed program changes across APAC. The position also includes helping establish and commercialize a new APAC program designed to win and onboard new GMP customers.

You will additionally lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects that improve the overall impact of APAC Google Customer Solutions sales programs. The role calls for strong analytical thinking, investigative ability, and stakeholder management to understand sales and customer needs, challenges, and trends, and then use those insights to guide both short- and long-term program decisions.

Google Customer Solutions sales teams support small and medium-sized businesses by acting as trusted advisors and competitive sellers focused on customer success. In this position, you will collaborate with business owners and contribute directly to growth for customers, partners, and sellers.

Minimum qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, marketing/sales, or a business operations and analytics role, including work with spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and database queries such as SQL.
  • Background in project management or program management.

  • Drive the regional rollout and adoption of global sales programs, including the commercialization of new GMP acquisition frameworks.
  • Serve as the link between global strategy and regional sales teams while aligning stakeholders and influencing executive leadership.
  • Review sales performance and operating metrics to create actionable business updates for RSO leaders and resolve program-design issues.
  • Deepen regional understanding by gathering seller and customer input to improve go-to-market activations and adapt programs to local market needs.
