This role is for a Relationship Manager in the LAP Vishwas vertical at Kotak Mahindra Bank, focused on the affordable home loan and mortgage segment. The position is suited to a driven sales professional with a background in secured lending and channel-based business development.
Role details
- Designation: Relationship Manager, LAP Vishwas
- Grade level: M2 / M3
- Work location: Delhi, with opportunities across cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, Hubli, Davanagere, Jodhpur, Ahmedabad, Meerut, Panipat, Sonipat, Rohtak, Karnal, Dehradun, Haridwar, Pune, Nashik, and Kolhapur
- Distribution channel: DSA channel
- Experience expected: At least 2 years in secured lending or asset-based sales such as home loans, LAP, or mortgages
- Compensation: As per industry standards / competitive salary
What you will do
- Generate business for affordable home loan (Vishwas) and LAP offerings
- Guide and supervise a team of executives to deliver on sales, volume, cross-sell, and insurance targets
- Strengthen business ties with DSA partners, bank branches, and builders
- Work toward consistent growth in revenue and team performance
- Track productivity across the team and monitor performance by location
- Improve customer experience and support high NPS outcomes
- Work closely with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical functions to ensure smooth application processing
- Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities, including CASA and third-party products
- Follow internal controls as well as applicable regulatory requirements
Candidate profile
- Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized university is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in secured lending, LAP, home loans, DSA, DST, or open-market sourcing
- Strong ability to influence others, communicate clearly, and manage relationships
- Prior exposure to secured banking products will be an advantage
