Role Overview
We are looking for remote client support coordinators to assist families nationwide. This position is designed for people who are eager to build a new skill set while working with a collaborative team. The role is fully remote and centered on helping individuals who have already reached out for information.
What You’ll Do
- Handle warm inbound inquiries from families who have requested information.
- Discuss available options with clients and guide them based on their needs.
- Complete required paperwork using digital systems and online tools.
- Participate in ongoing team training to keep developing your skills.
Training and Experience
Comprehensive onboarding is provided, covering conversations, tools, and products. Prior experience in the industry is not required.

- Self-driven, dependable, and well-organized.
- Capable of working from a quiet home office with reliable internet access.
