Role overview
RG&T Solutions is hiring a meticulous Remote Data Entry - Product Support specialist to work with product information from a remote setup while based out of Versailles, Kentucky. The position is compensated at an hourly rate of $45 and is designed for someone who can handle data accurately, support product-related requests, and help maintain reliable records.
What you will do
- Input new product details into the organization’s database and keep existing records current with a high level of accuracy.
- Check information for errors, identify inconsistencies, and correct discrepancies when required.
- Handle product support questions from customers and internal colleagues in a timely manner.
- Work with teams across functions to keep product data consistent and dependable.
- Help create, update, and maintain documentation connected to product data workflows and procedures.
