About the Role
Infinite Roofing is a Brisbane roofing business in a growth phase, with work spanning commercial roofing, new-build residential roofing, and re-roofing projects. The company is known for solid workmanship, dependable service, and long-standing relationships with clients and suppliers.
They are hiring an experienced Roofing Estimator who can independently manage their own workload, keep projects moving to deadline, and prepare precise, competitive quotations that contribute to ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and competitive estimates for both commercial and residential roofing jobs.
- Assess drawings, project scopes, and site information to build accurate pricing.
- Carry out quantity take-offs and prepare material costings.
- Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal staff to gather information and keep quotes progressing.
- Handle several estimates at once while staying organised and meeting deadlines without close supervision.
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers is an advantage, though it is not a mandatory part of the role.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated background working as a roofing estimator.
- Good understanding of roofing products, systems, and market pricing.
- A structured, proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and balance a busy workload.
- Hands-on experience using estimating tools and Microsoft Office applications.
