About the role
Join a global manufacturing organization that partners with leading brands to design, produce, and deliver innovative products. This position is based in Kallang, Singapore, within the Research and Development team, where you will contribute to the development and refinement of printed circuit boards for power supply applications.

What you will do
- Support research and development work by designing, developing, evaluating, and updating PCBs used in power supplies across different wattages and applications.
- Create PCB layouts for high-power applications using PADS software.
- Handle librarian tasks, including building PCB and schematic symbols that comply with design for manufacturing standards.
- Prepare and maintain gerber files, PCB specifications for all board layers, and PCB films used for fabrication.
- Work closely with electrical design, mechanical design, test engineering, safety, factory, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturable designs.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in power electrical engineering or a related electrical/automation discipline.
- At least 4 years of hands-on PCB layout design experience for power supply products such as telecom, server, or OBC applications.
- Practical experience using PADS for PCB layout work.
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly, cost-efficient design optimization, critical layout considerations, EMI performance, manufacturability, and safety requirements.
- A self-driven attitude, enthusiasm for the work, and the ability to collaborate well in a team.
