Role overview

We are looking for a (Senior) Spatial Designer to join the team from July 2026 in Stuttgart. This role focuses on creating inspiring spatial concepts for international brands across fashion, lifestyle, automotive, and hospitality.

What you will do

  • Develop imaginative, visually strong, and end-to-end design concepts for global clients in fashion, lifestyle, automotive, and hospitality.
  • Take ideas from the first spark through to execution, building the overarching concept and translating it into spatial experiences with support from mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations or AI-based tools.
  • Create concepts grounded in a thoughtful customer journey, while taking budget and resource planning into account. Beyond pure space design, you will shape holistic experiences and activation ideas.
  • Stay hands-on and enjoy turning concepts into reality yourself.
  • Work closely in cross-functional teams with strategists, architects, product designers, and project managers, depending on the project setup.
  • Represent your ideas confidently in client conversations.
  • Use AI tools as part of the regular workflow and remain curious and comfortable experimenting with new tools.

What we are looking for

  • A completed degree in retail design, architecture, communication design, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong enthusiasm for design, innovation, and current trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in German and good command of English.

What to expect

  • A culture built around inclusion, individuality, and diversity, where people are encouraged to be themselves.
  • A sustainability-oriented mindset supported by internal initiatives and practical guidance for greener operations and transformation projects.
  • An international working environment with offices in Stuttgart, Berlin, and Amsterdam and opportunities for exchange across units.
