About the Role

This is an entry-level retail opportunity with 7-Eleven in Spruce Grove, Alberta. The position is designed for people who want a schedule that fits their life while building experience in store operations, customer service, and foodservice support. Team members may handle cash, process fuel transactions, keep the store clean and stocked, and in some roles assist with food preparation and food safety. A friendly attitude and willingness to learn matter more than prior experience, as training is provided to help you succeed.

What You Will Do

• Support daily store operations through cashiering, customer interaction, and basic retail service.
• Process cash and fuel transactions accurately.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment.
• For foodservice-focused roles, help prepare food and follow food safety practices.
• Prepare beverages such as coffee and present food items properly.
• Promote the rewards and loyalty program.
• Follow health code and safety guidelines at all times.
• Perform regular bending, standing, reaching, multitasking, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
